WTerms and Conditions – Viral Visions Media LLC

By accessing or using the services of Viral Visions Media LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Viral Visions Media LLC provides marketing and digital services including, but not limited to, social media management, brand strategy, content creation, consulting, and advertising support. Services are provided on a professional, business-use basis only.

All sales are final. Viral Visions Media LLC does not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Once payment has been made, no refunds will be issued for unused services, early termination, dissatisfaction, delays, or changes in business circumstances. This applies to all packages, retainers, deposits, and one-time services.

All invoices must be paid in full before services are rendered or continued. Failure to submit payment may result in paused or terminated services.

Services will not begin, resume, or conclude without confirmed payment to Viral Visions Media LLC.

Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely approvals, and legally owned or licensed materials required for service delivery. Viral Visions Media LLC is not responsible for delays caused by lack of client cooperation.

All strategies, designs, content, concepts, and materials created by Viral Visions Media LLC remain the intellectual property of Viral Visions Media LLC unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or redistribution is prohibited.

Termination of services by either party must be submitted in writing and is only effective at the end of the current monthly billing cycle.

Termination requests will not be accepted or processed unless all outstanding payments to Viral Visions Media LLC have been paid in full.

Once payment has been received, services will continue through the remainder of the paid month. No partial-month refunds or credits will be issued.

Viral Visions Media LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Viral Visions Media LLC is not responsible for outages, suspensions, algorithm changes, or policy updates made by third-party platforms.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of non-public information shared during the course of services unless required by law.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the state in which Viral Visions Media LLC is registered.

Viral Visions Media LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
